The 2018 vintage is composed of 94% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Merlot, and 2% Cabernet Franc. The wine was aged for 22 months in French oak barrels, 55% of which were new, and has an alcohol content of 14.8%. A total of 1,260 cases were produced, with a release date in September 2021.
This Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of ripe black cherry, dried orange peel, and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is full-bodied with polished tannins, offering flavors of dark chocolate and dried thyme that persist through a lengthy finish.
