Lovingly referred to as "Gail's Gold" after our winemaker's mother, the Nice Winery White Port is the perfect ending to an elegant dinner. This white port is fortified with Brandy during fermentation and then aged for up to 8 years in small French Oak Puncheon Barrels. This wine pairs beautifully with foie gras or pâté with toasted brioche, spiced nuts or honey-drizzled walnuts, blue cheeses like Stilton or Roquefort, crème brûlée, or citrus and honey based desserts like baklava.
