Sustainabily farmed Cabernet Franc grapes were family-grown and hand-harvested at Dineen Vineyards. We added the ideal amount of Elephant Mountain Vineyard Merlot to complete the blend. Meticulous small-batch fermentation. 22 months in French oak.

A proper decanting will be the key to discovering and enjoying the concentrated flavors of black cherry, cacao, and bay leaf that jump out of the glass on first blush. That bouquet will combine with a layer of vanilla (the result of two years of oak barrel aging) for a lush, persistent finish. Ample aciditiy and structure contribute to this wine's long cellaring potential. Additional bottles can be cellared and enjoyed through 2035. This Cabernet Franc pairs with a wide variety of foods due to natural high acidity and slightly reduced tannin. Higher acidity makes it possible to pair with tomato-based dishes and barbecue sauce.
