Only two D.O.C.s exist in Argentina: San Rafael and Lujan de Cuyo. Wines produced under the Argentine D.O.C. classifications are produced in accordance with strict regulations and provide consumers with a genuine reflection of their origin.
Our old-vine Malbec grapes were harvested at a very low yield per hectare, maximizing the flavor expression of our final wine. A total of 18 months of aging with 12 months in French and American oak lends the wine a smoke, leather, and cacao aroma.
We invite our Nice wine club members to savor not just a wine but a celebration of dedication, vision, and the joy that comes from the realization of a dream.
Service:
A true Argentine Malbec with notes of ripe blackberries, plum compote, blackcurrant, and violet. Silky tannins and vibrant acidity give this wine a plush and lingering finish. Decant for 30 minutes for optimal enjoyment. Pairs well with Argentine Asado, grilled tri-tip, beef empanadas or provoleta. Serve at room temperature.
