Hands-On Wine Blending Class

In this fun and informative class, we will start with a glass of an award winning blend.  Then, you will be given the tools to try your hand at creating your own award winning blend!  Can you beat our winemaker and make a better blend?

In this informative and fun experience, you will blind-taste all 5 of the component wines that make up a traditional Bordeaux-style red wine.  You'll then rank your favorites and create your own perfect blend.  At the end of the class, compare your blend and see how it stacks up!
