Marizol Cabrera’s yoga path began over 20 years ago.  Her classes are musically charged, fun and consistently different. She has over 500 hours of training and has been teaching for more than 17 years. Marizol currently teaches at the Houstonian Club and to private clients.  

Yoga Class will be an hour long practice including standing/balancing poses and deep stretches . There will be opportunities for options to modify for all levels.  

Wine tasting and instruction will be led by Winemaker, Ryan Levy. 

Please bring your own mat, towel and water bottle. We will not have mats available. Our winery is cooler than a yoga studio, so please dress accordingly if you get cold easily.
